Returns & exchanges

(a) Return

To be eligible for a return, please confirm the following:

- The items to be returned remain unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

- You pay for the return shipping. Items that do not meet the above criteria cannot be returned.

If you were delivered a device with the wrong flavor that you ordered, you can return it within 1 day from the date of delivery.

- If you have received a damaged device (it does not work or after two or three puffs it turns off), you can return it. You must contact us within 1 day from the date of delivery and report the malfunction, after which you can return the item to us, then we will send you a new one or issue a refund, based on your decision.

NOTE! All devices must be returned undamaged and in unopened packaging. In the case with the wrong flavor, there will be no problems, since the flavor of each device is written on the box.

You can request a return by contacting us. After receiving the return, you will receive a refund. The shipping costs will be billed to the customer at most once (including returns).

(b) Refunds

We'll email you once we've processed your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made within 1-2 working days of receiving your return.

If you have any questions, please contact us. We will answer you as soon as possible.

(c) Cancellation

You can cancel your order before your item is shipped. Please contact us if you want to cancel your order.


(d) Shipping damage claims
We are proud of our products, but we cannot control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged in transit. So please check the item when you receive it in good condition. If the accident really happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us.
